The invention relates to the textile industry. The purpose of the invention is to increase the reliability of the control. FIG. Figure 1 shows the construction of a piezoelectric transducer for yarn movement monitoring sensors on weaving looms, front view and section view, fig. 2, 3 and 4 - designs of piezoelectric transducers for sensors controlling the movement of fibrous materials (yarn, respectively, on carding, warping and spinning machines. The piezoelectric transducer for yarn motion control sensors contains a thread guide 1, made in a ceramic element 2, on which piezoelectric element 3 is placed. Ceramic element 2 has the geometrical dimensions and shape, providing a resonant frequency exceeding the resonant frequency of the fixing unit of the machine (machine). It is preferable to perform a piezoelectric transducer such that the thread guide 1 in the direction of yarn movement has a length greater than the length of the body. The piezoelectric transducer operates as follows. When prc m moves through clamping I, oscillations of ceramic element 2 occur, which are transmitted to the piezoelectric element 3. Element 3 converts these high-frequency vibrations into an electrical signal, the presence of which indicates that the yarn is changing. Claims (2) [1] 1.
